Find My Next Presentation/Class/Workshop
Green Meadows Preserve Community Garden will hold its main Spring Planting Event on Saturday, April 21, 2018, at the garden located at 3780 Dallas Hwy, Marietta, GA 30064. The event begins at 10:00 a.m., running to about noon, and I will be there! Come out to see the garden and learn about planting your own vegetable garden.
On Thursday, April 12, I am speaking about Plants I Saw in Italy at the monthly meeting of the Master Gardener Volunteers of Cobb County. The half-hour presentation begins at about 7:00 p.m. and is open to the public. If you have been to Montepulciano, Italy, where I spent most of last summer, some of the pictures will look familiar! The meeting will be held at the Training Lab facility of the Cobb County Water Dept. at 662 S Cobb Dr, Marietta.
I am a co-presenter for Monarchs in the Classroom workshop at the annual conference for the Environmental Education Alliance of Georgia, on Friday, March 2. Conference registration is required for attendance at this event.
I am presenting Getting Started with Seeds to gardeners from Green Meadows Preserve Community Garden and Sterling Estates on Saturday, February 17, 2018. Not public.
